How long does the video call take?
About ten minutes. Longer if you want to talk through options, but ten minutes is usually enough for me to see the wall, get the measurements, and give you a number.
What do I need to have ready?
A phone and a tape measure. Rough length of the wall and your ceiling height covers most of it. If you have a stack of totes you want the shelves built around, have one handy.
Do I need to clean up first?
No. Genuinely, no. Seeing the space the way it actually is helps me plan around what has to stay. The mess is the job, not something to be embarrassed about.
Is there any pressure on the call?
None. I give you the price, answer your questions, and you go think about it if you want to. You will not get chased.
